HOW DO I KNOW IF WORKING WITH A HEALTH COACH IS RIGHT FOR ME?

Health Coaches have a diverse background in nutrition, fitness, goal setting and problem solving. When you work with me, we will talk about the changes you'd like to feel in your health and dissect possible root causes for your symptoms. From there we'll identify nutritional adjustments, modifications to fitness programs, and whether tools in mindfulness and stress management need to be incorporated. I DON'T HAVE FITNESS EQUIPMENT, CAN I STILL BOOK A WORKOUT?

No fitness equipment is needed, just your body, which is the best tool for functional training. I'll teach you how to use items in your home to get a productive workout.

DO YOU OFFER GROUP CONSULTATIONS OR WORKSHOPS?

Group consult is a valuable way to learn about general health and wellness with co-workers, an organization and families. Contact me for pricing. Periodically workshops are available. You can subscribe on Contact Me page to stay in the loop.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY INITIAL CONSULTATION?
