Nutrigenomics uses genomic tools and genetic information to address issues important to nutrition and health. The main goal of nutrigenomics is to prevent chronic disease by identifying how the genes and diet can positively influence human health. Genetic differences can effect how we respond to the food we eat, giving each of us our own specific nutritional needs. During this service you'll discuss your desired health goals prior to the at-home swab test. Once the results come in, 2-4 weeks later, you'll discuss the outcome and create a plan for your individual nutrition and fitness needs to move you from surviving to thriving.
